Horrible waited 10 minutes for them to tell me they were out of chili. How did it take 10mins to tell me that. then asked if i want some other kind of salad .so I said yes the grilled chicken Caesar salad. then I had already paid for a large and I realize it down the road that it was a small and I've already spent 23 minutes waiting so I wasnt turning around. Get it together! It was taking so long the people behind me left with out there food. There was also almost no cheese on the salad n my husband's fries wss cold. I don't mean not warm I mean cold.
I only gave one star because there's no way to review a place for zero stars, which is what this place deserves. My husband went to this place about 20 minutes before closing last night. All inside and outside lights were still on. Customers in front of him were served. When it was my husband's time to place his order the entire staff just bustled around cleaning up and totally ignored him. No one said "We're closed" or "we'll be with you in a minute," or even "get lost!" He stood there at least 5 minutes (he said it seemed like forever) and finally left to go down the road to Sonic. As he was going out the door, another customer was going in, but he didn't wait around to see if that guy got served.
I ordered a 4 for 4 with a jr.bacon chees burger and I got every thing except the burger.THATS THE MAIN PART OF THE MEAL!
They did have any salads or baked potatoes. The fries were old and mushy.
Wow! We've been going to Wendy's for YEARS! Its always been one of my favorite fast food chains. This was unbelievable!! We've also called Wendy's corporate office to let them know what happened. They also were shocked about how my husband was treated. If someone who'd never been to Wendy's before was treated like that they'd never want go to ANY Wendy's again. We'll never go back to that Wendy's, but we still love the chain. Again, wow!!!
