By far the best popyes I've ever been to. the staff is so sweet. They greated us she repeated my order she thanked me after my food was hot and fresh. She made sure I had everything my overall experience was great I'm always going there.
Best popeyes experience I have ever had! Gave me an extra tender for the wait. So clean and super friendly staff. Ill be coming back.
I was trying to order for work. i called multiple time to get no answer. After the 10th time of calling and letting it ring and ring someone answered. I said "i would like to place an order for pick up" and the girl hung up on me. Come to find out after driving up there that was the manager on the phone. She told me to my face in the drive thru that they would not take this order at 830pm. This was on 12-19-17.
So just spent $42 here and when I got to the window to pay, I asked the girl if she could add a drink to my order since it was going to be 10 minutes that I was going to have to wait for my food. The girl gets an attitude with me and says sir you could have asked for that when I did you order, I've already went to someone else's order. It's not like I said I wanted the drink for free. The people that work at this Boutte LA Popeyes are the worst I've ever seen in fast food. This isn't the first time one of the "ladies" has given me attitude. Honestly I believe it's because I am white. They are as sweet as can be to any other black person that come in when I am there. I think I'm going to have to take my once a week $50 business somewhere else. Corporate needs to come here and clean house and get better service in here.
