Having some trouble with customer service (is fine with fixing your problem, but offers limits on work around when trying to prevent problem again).
Will update review when time management and quality management is equalized.
These reviews deserve 4 stars or better so long as the Waffle machines are cooking to perfection....which should be ALL THE TIME.
I would suggest talking to Waffle House management if this review deserves anything below a 4 star rating like I will.
This is one of the BEST waffle houses I've been to. Friendly service, good food, and the waitresses are amazing. I'd give them 10/10 if I could.

Had a really good experience tonight at Waffle House in Mozella with my daughter & grandson!!! Some special person paid for our meal without our knowledge!!! Just want to say Thanks & God Bless to whoever you are!!! There are still good people out there!!!
Had a dificult situation happen when i was there not related to the staff or establishment or me but they reacted in a proper and quick maner calling 911 when a teenager had a medical emergency. The food was good service was excellent.
Manager in my opinion is an idiot. Mean to employees and customers. Can't tell when a steak is cooked bloody and nasty. No seasoning. Andrew the manager needs to go he is a jerk and needs a lesson in manners and general human niceness!!! Store was nasty and stunk!!! Need new management!!!!
